Russell Regional Hospital is excited to introduce our new Patient Portal. Our secure Patient Portal will give you the ability to access your own electronic medical record via the internet. This record will contain a listing of your visits to Russell Regional Hospital. For each visit there is a Summary of Care document. The Summary of Care document contains a detailed breakdown of each visit. Some of the information included is patient demographics, list of allergies, the name of the provider that cared for you, vital signs, history of immunizations, lab results, medication lists, and discharge instructions. The Patient Portal is an excellent way to access your personal medical records.

You must be at least 18 years old to sign up for Patient Portal. In order to get an account you must provide an email address at the time of your hospital registration. For HIPAA privacy reasons a shared email address cannot be used. Our computer system will not allow an email address to be used under multiple patients. The person registering you will give you detailed step-by-step instructions on how to setup your account. If you have a problem with your account, such as forgetting your password, please contact our Business Office at 785-483-3131.

The Patient Portal is currently only available for hospital visits.
